Product Representation & Variations: We strive for absolute precision, but because our apparel utilizes specialized direct-to-garment (DTG) printing and custom embroidery techniques, minor placement variances (under 1cm) or slight tonal variations from digital mockups can occur and are considered industry standard.

Transfer of Ownership: Delivery is officially defined and completed when the designated carrier tracking log marks the package as "Delivered."
