Refund policy

  • Made-to-Order Structure: Every piece at FRANK + FORM is uniquely printed or embroidered specifically for you when you place an order. Because we do not carry pre-printed inventory, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selections, or color preferences. Please review our sizing charts carefully before checkout.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, has a clear manufacturing defect, or is the wrong item entirely, we’ve got you covered. Please contact us at a.rodriguez85@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

    1. Your Order ID number.

    2. Clear, well-lit photos (or a quick video) showing the specific issue or defect.

  • Order Adjustments & Cancellations: Because orders enter production quickly, any cancellation or modification requests must be submitted immediately. Once an order is pushed to our print floor, it cannot be altered or cancelled.

  • Undeliverable Addresses & Refusals: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or is refused by the recipient, we cannot offer a refund. Redelivery fees will apply if you choose to have the item shipped again.
